The Tampa Bay Rays hope that their impending move to a brand-new ballpark in the historic Tampa neighborhood of Ybor City will finally draw their fan-base to games. As of now though, the Rays play at Tropicana Field and have consistently failed to draw crowds even when their team is successful as it was last year.
