Michael Jordan Once Turned Down $100 Million for a 2-hour appearance

$50 Mil an hour doesn’t sound like a bad gig. But, for Michael Jordan, the offer wasn’t ideal.

While Michael Jordan is already the richest athlete alive, it’s still hard to believe he would turn down such an easy payday. Nevertheless, he’s not the kind of man that just takes any offer sitting on the table.

Michael Jordan attributes his business success to being extremely selective. MJ’s agent, David Falk, said that Michael Jordan has turned down offers that many athletes would be in love with.

Falk was on WFAN’s Boomer & Gio with Boomer Esiason and Gregg Giannotti when he told the world that Jordan turned down $100 Mil for a 2-hour appearance at an event. It was intended to be a quick appearance to use Michael Jordan’s name and likeness for a brand.
