Memphis Tigers: James Wiseman Suspended 12 Games And Ordered To Give Money To Charity

Along with sitting out for 12 games, the NCAA has ordered for Wiseman to donate $11,500 to a charity of his choice.

The fine of $11,500 comes from a report that NBA legend Penny Hardaway provided financial assistance to Wiseman in his move to Memphis.

Hardaway also coached Wisemen in his Team Penny/Bluff City Legends grassroots program and at East High School, before taking over as Memphis’ head coach, per source.
