Marcus Smart unfortunately learned there is no room for criticizing officials in the NBA, it’s a sensitive subject. Following a game against the Hornets on Friday, Marcus Smart was fined $15,000 for his postgame comments about the referees.

While Marcus Smart didn’t say anything uncivil, he played with fire. Nevertheless, were these comments deserving of a fine?
