LeBron James Is Being Sued $150,000 For A Facebook Post
“Defendants infringed Plaintiff’s copyright in the Photograph by reproducing and publicly displaying the Photograph on the Website. Defendants are not, and has never been, licensed or otherwise authorized to reproduce, publically display, distribute and/or use the Photograph.”
Mitchell’s legal team has requested that LeBron James hands over the records and accounting of any profits made from that Facebook post.
Steven Mitchell is suing LeBron James for copyright infringement and seeks $150,000.
