Late ESPN Host Stuart Scott’s Family Running Low On Money

According to The Blast, the money left behind by Stuart Scott is being used for multiple lawyers, as well as the hearings that are taking place.

Kimberly Scott, his ex-wife, requested the courts hold the lawsuit for 60 days she has against Disney. She original sued them in 2015 after Scott passed away due to appendiceal cancer.

She says that Scott’s daughters, who are running his trust, are fighting a separate lawsuit against the co-trustees. They accuse the co-trustees of wasting their father’s money, and not paying money owed.
