Kyrie Irving Will Produce TV Special About The Killing of Breonna Taylor By Louisville PD

Kyrie Irving has been an advocate for change and social reform in the last several years.

The Vice President of the NBPA is now extending his leadership beyond the court and basketball world. Kyrie Irving is a producer on the TV special “#SayHerName: Breonna Taylor.” PlayersTV will be airing the special on Wednesday at 7 pm (est).

Kyrie Irving said in a recent statement:

“In a time when society is calling out police brutality, social injustices, and systemic racism, it is critical to magnify how these unjust behaviors and practices are directly impacting Black women… I stand for Breonna Taylor, Sandra Bland and the countless women whose names are never said but have shared the same unfortunate fate.
