James Harden sued for allegedly damaging $30 million house

On Tuesday California homeowner has filed a lawsuit against James Harden. The man is claiming that the All-NBA guard did some major damage to his Beverley Hills mansion.

The owner, George Santopietro, is alleging that Harden paid $82,200 for a week-long stay at the mansion. Under the terms of the rental agreement, Harden was not permitted to invite more than seven guests into the house or onto the property.

Santopietro claims Harden hosted two parties during the week with more than 15 people at the house.

Now, he is suing Harden for $300,000. That amount represents the figure he normally charges for two parties at his $30 million home.

He also is seeking punitive damages.

Santopietro proposed an out-of-court settlement with Harden, but that his overtures were not successful.

In addition, Santopietro says that other homeowners in the neighborhood were unhappy about the noise and damages.

As of yet, Harden has not publicly addressed the lawsuit.
