Ja Morant Reacts To Zion Williamson’s NBA Debut

In 37 games for the Grizzlies, Morant has put up averages of 17.9 points, 7.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting 49 percent from the field and 40.5 percent from deep.

Barring any injuries, or miraculous plays from other rookies, such as Zion, Morant’s strong play has made him the favorite to win Rookie of the Year.

It will be interesting to see the two former teammates face off against each other in the NBA. Fortunately, fans will not have to wait long as the New Orleans Pelicans play the Grizzlies next week on Jan 31.
