J.R. Smith Takes Part In MLB Celebrity Softball Game; Takes At-Bat Shirtless

For those who are wondering, J.R. Smith is still an active player in the NBA and is still on the Cleveland Cavaliers roster. He spent the past season chilling at home as the Cavs desperately tried to find a trade partner for his non-guaranteed deal. Despite the fact that they team has been trying to get rid of him, he’s still a fan favorite among the city. His performance in the Cavs 2016 NBA Finals run was enough to make him a legend forever, as he earned the right to walk around without a shirt on.

With the MLB All-Star game ready to go in Cleveland this year, J.R. was invited to take part in their annual celebrity softball game. Of course, he was shirtless.
