High School Coach Under Fire For Taking Soccer Team To Hooters

After the Lake George boys’ soccer team was defeated in the championship sectional game, head coach Blake White decided to take them out for a real treat, to the restaurant known for waitresses in short-shorts and tight tops — Hooters.

The superintendent for the Lake George Central School District is a female, and she was not pleased with the situation whatsoever.

“It’s been taken seriously, and we addressed it,” Lynne Rutnik said of the trip. “As a female superintendent, I took this very seriously and addressed it immediately with the students and the individual.”
