Gary Payton disagrees with the Clippers’ thoughts on load management.

Load management in the NBA became a recent topic after Lakers’ star, LeBron James made a comment. LeBron said he doesn’t believe in load management saying, “If I’m healthy I play. He then added, “Why wouldn’t I play if I’m healthy? It doesn’t make any sense to me personally. I don’t know how many games I got left in my career. I don’t know how many kids that may show up to a game that are there to come see me play.”
