Gangster Doodles and Nike Unveil Quirky “NBA Nickname” Graphic Tees

Marlon Sassy, also known as Gangster Doodles, is an artist in all areas. As a rapper, he recently released a 26-track compilation LP, Gangster Music, Vol. 1. Now, he’s shifted his talents to the fashion world with a set of NBA-centric graphic T-shirts with Nike.

The artist has designed five one-of-a-kind illustrations that celebrate some of the league’s biggest names, paying homage to Giannis Antetokounmpo, DeMarcus Cousins, James Harden, LeBron James and Russell Westbrook.

Sassy references each of the player’s nickname in quirky drawings as the concept behind the collection.

The NBA Nickname T-shirts are crafted in a lightweight knit fabrication and equipped with Nike’s Dri-FIT technology. They are constructed with a crew neck silhouette and feature a jock tag that spells out each player’s name in doodle print. All styles are offered in white and priced at $40. Expect them to become available in the near future at Nike.
