FCC Receives Complaints For Adam Levine’s Shirtless Super Bowl Halftime Performance

According to reports, the Federal Communications Commission received a series of complaints about Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine‘s shirtless performance during halftime of Super Bowl LIII.

The complaints note how many found it uncomfortable to view the unexpected half-naked performance and how the show revealed a male-female double standard in reference to Janet Jackson‘s infamous “wardrobe malfunction” in 2004. The FCC fined CBS $550,000 back then after they received more than half a million complaints.

It’ll be interesting to see if the FCC will enforce a fine here.
