Dwyane Wade Talks Retirement, Jimmy Butler, LeBron James, & More With Complex Sports

Last Friday, Dwyane Wade watched his first game live as a retired NBA player.

For Wade, after playing professional basketball since 2003, sitting courtside and enjoying a game felt right to him. He has no desire to get back on an NBA court, and he’s at peace with that.

Dwyane Wade told Complex Sports:

“I really haven’t had the time to miss the game to that capacity yet. It’s been busy because I’ve been focused on everything else I’m doing.”

Dwayne Wade’s focuses include a wine label, a restaurant called 800 degrees, a sock company called PRWY (parkway), and most importantly a baby daughter he’s raising.

But this doesn’t mean Dwyane Wade hasn’t been keeping an eye on his Miami Heat & Jimmy Butler.
