Denver Nuggets Center Nikola Jokic Fined $25,000 For Saying ‘No Homo’

The Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic has been fined $25,000 for using the phrase “no homo” while discussing Wendell Carter, Jr.’s length, as NBA writer Sean Highkin reports.

Jokic obviously didn’t mean any harm, but professional sports leagues are highly aware and sensitive to even faintly homophobic remarks in 2018.
