Thomas was a 12-time All-Star, a 2-time All-Star MVP, a 1-time Assist Champion(1984-85), a member of his All-Rookie Team (1981-82), a 5-time member of the All-NBA team, a 2-time NBA champion, and a 1-time Finals MVP.

Thomas is also currently inducted in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. These are only some of the awards that Thomas earned during his 13-year career. That’s not to mention the endless amount of records he broke each season when he stepped on the floor.
