Damian Lillard On Having Carmelo Anthony As A Teammate

After a rough year in Oklahoma City, Anthony was traded to the Atlanta Hawks in a three-way deal, but never played one minute for the organization, and was bought out of his contract.

After the Hawks bought out Anthony, the Houston Rockets decided to take a chance on him where things didn’t pan out exactly the way the Rockets were hoping. After a couple of weeks, the Rockets told Anthony that his services were no longer needed for their organization.

After a year of being without a team, Anthony was starting to lose hope in finding a new team to play basketball for. He started questioning whether or not it was time to really walk away from the game that he loves.
