Dallas Mavericks: Luka Doncic Makes History With Recent Triple-Double

In a game against the New York Knicks, Dallas Mavericks’ star sensation Luka Doncic has made history with his most recent triple-double.

Luka Doncic is only a sophomore in the NBA, and he is already breaking records. Not just any records — LeBron James’ records.

Doncic has passed James for the most 30 point triple-doubles in NBA history, recorded before reaching 21 years of age. Doncic now has four triple-doubles in eight games this season.

However, Doncic has also broken a franchise legend’s record with his triple-double against the Knicks as well, and that legend would be Jason Kidd.

Doncic is only in his second year, but he is already on the road to the basketball hall of fame. Players like this do not come along every day in the NBA. Doncic is a special talent, and NBA fans are excited to watch him play.

At only 19 years of age, the Mavericks’ star phenomenon has many records in his path to break — franchise records, and NBA records.

Doncic was traded on draft night for Atlanta Hawks‘ star Trae Young, a trade the Hawks undoubtedly regret. Doncic’s next game will be tonight against the Boston Celtics, a team that just suffered a miserable experience.
