After noting he wanted UFC shares before he would head into the octagon again, Conor McGregor has now announced his decision to retire from mixed martial arts altogether.
Taking to Twitter, the UFC megastar announced that he will be retiring from the sport immediately. McGregor has established a high profile with his involvement in MMA, and has captured UFC Featherweight and Lightweight championship titles.
Hey guys quick announcement, I’ve decided to retire from the sport formally known as “Mixed Martial Art” today.
