Carolina Panthers: Eric Reid Urges Panthers To Sign Quarterback Colin Kaepernick

The Carolina Panthers were having a successful run after they lost their star quarterback, Cam Newton due to injury, but safety Eric Reid is pleading for help after quarterback Kyle Allen throws four interceptions.

After Newton went down with a foot injury, the Panthers went on a four game scoring run until facing the San Francisco 49ers.

Since facing the 49ers, the Panthers have only had one win in their past four games, and are struggling with their current quarterback.

In the game Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, Panthers’ quarterback, Kyle Allen, really struggled throughout the game as he only completed 31 of 50 passed, and threw four interceptions.

The four interceptions passed by Allen led their safety, Eric Reid, to believe that the Panthers needed help at the quarterback position, urging them to sign Colin Kaepernick.

Kaepernick is not on the best of terms with NFL teams after his stunt to change the venue for his own personal workout. However, there are still teams in the league that would be excited to have the star quarterback.

The Panthers are 5-5, sitting at the second spot in the AFC South. Their next game will come on Sunday, the 24th, against the New Orleans Saints.
