Boston Hosts First Transgender Hockey Team

Harrison Browne is known to be the first professional transgender athlete, and he is seemingly paving the way for the rest of the transgender community.

Browne came out as being a transgender athlete (formerly female) while playing for the Buffalo Beauts, a team within the National Women’s Hockey League.

Browne claims that he had many people from the transgender community reach out to him after revealing his secret to the world. He became an aspiring inspiration for this group.
