Atlanta Hawks Coach Surprised Vince Carter Is Not An All-Star

Carter does deserve to be an honorary All-Star this year considering all the long years of hard work and dedication he has given to the NBA.

The one thing separating Carter from Wade or Nowitzki, however, is the fact that in Carter’s 21 seasons, he has never won a championship, and considering the Hawks will soon be eliminated from playoff contention, it’s not likely he wins one this year, either.

Although Carter will not be an All-Star this year, he will go down in the NBA history books as a legend forever. He may not have had the most promising career, but he did certainly give fans something to cheer for with his unique athletic ability.
