Army Veteran Suggested Colin Kaepernick Kneel During National Anthem

Many fans found this disrespectful of Kaepernick as he was not showing the soldiers that served our country respect.

Kaepernick acknowledged this, and decided to take a different approach. Instead of sitting, he decided to start kneeling during the anthem instead.

Kaepernick later explained that his sitting during the national anthem had nothing to do with the military. He was protesting police brutality.
