Alonzo Mourning dominated his NBA career as well, like many anticipated. Throughout his career, he averaged 17.1 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game while shooting 52.7% from the field. He made 7 All-Star teams and has been inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Whether the 27-block game happened or not, Mourning will go down as one of the best players to play the game. Luckily, before his career came to an end, he was able to win a championship with the Miami Heat in 2006.
