3. Minnesota Vikings
After an NFC Championship appearance in 2017, who thought the Vikings would regress this much?
While many want to point the blame towards Kirk Cousins, he’s not entirely responsible for the team’s setback. Kirk threw for 30 touchdowns with 10 interceptions, passed for about 4,300 yards, and had a passer rating of 99.7. He’s not the problem, having the 3rd worst running game in the NFL is a big part of the problem.
Kirk Cousins should not be throwing the ball 40-50 times per game, the offense becomes predictable and games can quickly become uncontainable shootouts. Kareem Hunt will provide much needed stability and control to the offense.
